BURNING TRASH HURTS COMMUNITIES
Carla is the founder of Bravura, a firm dedicated to designing regenerative initiatives in partnership with communities. One of its most notable projects is El Cuyo es Tuyo, a circular economy effort that has recovered over 25 tons of recycled material from an open-air landfill in Yucatán. Before founding Bravura she spent six years at Ashoka, leading the global strategy for the Ashoka Support Network, activating a community of leaders across 24 countries.
